All sales at Ana Bloom are final. Since our notebooks are specially prepared for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and Defects: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello.anabloom@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Do not mail items back to us. In case of a verified defect, we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost. We require a photo of the damaged item via email to process your replacement.
